I’m a Senior Strategy Manager by title and an Enterprise Agile Coach by role at TELUS. With a background in software development and experience of over 20 years, a love for continuous learning and sharing and a desire to make a difference, I became an agile convert eight years ago. Over the past few years, armed with agile and coaching skills, I have been championing agile and DevOps initiatives at TELUS, facilitating trainings and value stream workshops for our teams across Canada and around the world, and coaching teams and leaders through the transition to the new ways of working.
